By purchasing our products, buyer releases seller from all legal liability if buyer's dog should escape or injure themselves. Supervision is recommended if using leash as a tie-out. Unsupervised dogs on a tie-out may hurt themselves or escape. Foam rubber handle and soft plastic coating on the leash are not chew-proof. If your dog chews the handle or coating, it will not harm the structural integrity, but may cause aesthetic imperfections.
