Satisfaction Guarantee and Warranty


Satisfaction Guarantee:

We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to get a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer, within 90 days from the date of purchase.

This return period only applies to orders places on LastLeash.org and Amazon.com. Other retailers have their own return policies, which may differ from the policy on lastleash.org. Any item you return for refund must be in the same condition you received it, except for normal wear and tear, or a defect of materials or workmanship. 

Warranty:

We provide a three year warranty that covers defects of materials or workmanship. If possible, please include close-up and full-view photos showing the damage within your email. If photos are not possible, we will arrange for return of the damaged product.  

For any type of damage not covered by warranty (lost part, misuse, etc), contact us to request a quote for a discounted replacement. 

Domestic Return Shipping:

For returns covered by our satisfaction guarantee or warranty, return shipping is free within the U.S. (the lower 48 states). For returns from Hawaii or Alaska, see International Return Shipping below.

International Return Shipping:

All international shipment fees, including but not limited to warranty items, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. As with any normal international shipments, they are subject to duties and fees when crossing borders. Generally, brokerage fees will be required and customs may impose duties and taxes based on the value of the goods. The payment of duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser/importer (use shipment terms "DDP" - aka deliver duty paid).
